Black Country Inventors have collected and developed a library of documents which are available free to members as and when they need them during the various stages of developing their inventions. They include: -

1. Club confidentiality agreements for use when arranging prototypes and samples with third party suppliers.

2. Licensing agreements which are open, with spaces for customising them to suit individual needs (royalties, terms, etc.).

3. Advice leaflets on all of the things to consider before starting up in business on your own and raising capital.

4. Business planning documents to guide you through creating a business plan and presenting a cash flow forecast.

ACTING AGAINST PATENT INFRINGEMENT
The club can now represent members at the Patent Office when using the new �Opinions� service.
A member faced with infringement can get help from the club in preparing a case and obtaining a �hearing� and a written opinion from a Patent Office legal expert.
