This scheme offers the residents of Barrhill Community Council area the opportunity to improve the comfort of their homes by making them more energy efficiency, warmer and cheaper to run. By taking advantage of the funding on offer, measures such as insulation, air source heat pumps, solar PV panels, storage batteries and EV chargers can be installed at a fraction of the normal price.
